Tasting Bubbles
Diane Leclair Bisson was commissioned by the Montréal-based company PhoodStation to develop edible packaging in the form of a sphere (2012-2014). Made from an edible gel capsule, the Tasting Bubble (patented), as it is called, offers a novel way of experiencing beverages and foods by enabling liquid and solid combinations that surprise and delight. Each sip-sized bubble can encapsulate a wide range of contents, from antioxidant juices to alcoholic beverages.
